How Does the Fair Pricing Policy Work?
The Orillia Home Inspector charges only $199 dollars for a residential home with one bathroom. This ensures that you don’t have to pay $300 or more dollars for a smaller home or townhouse compared to an executive home that may be over 3,000 square feet.
If your home has two or more bathrooms, The Orillia Home Inspector charges you $40.00 per extra bathroom. So if your home had 2 bathrooms, for instance, the charge would only be $239.00 vs. the competition who still charge you $300.00 to $375.00 dollars for the same inspection.
No matter how many bathrooms you have in a single-residential home, the fee is limited to $279.00 dollars.
Why Charge Per Bathroom ?
In over 25 years of being involved in the building industry, we have found that the amount of bathrooms in a home is a reliable indicator of the amount of finished living space. As inspecting living space requires more time, hence the onus on bathrooms. This formula has proven to be very effective and accurate with any discrepancies being in favor of the client, i.e., large homes with only one bath, etc.
